  • Total Wait Time:You can expect your package within approximately 11–18 business days.

2. Shipping Rates (Calculated at Checkout)

We believe in transparency. Your specific shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at the Checkout page.

Tip: Adding multiple items to your cart may offer better shipping value compared to single-item orders.

3. Real-Time Tracking

Stay updated on your journey to relaxation.

  • Once your order ships, a Tracking Number will be sent to your email/phone.
  • You can track your package 24/7 through our "Track Order" page or the carrier's official website.

4. International Customs & Duties

As we ship from our specialized manufacturing hub, please note:

  • AOJ Store is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied by your country.
  • Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
